To provide even better service to our customers, we upgraded our ONLINE ALERTS and MOBILE APP on July 11th.

To continue receiving your alerts via text messages, emails or Secure Inbox, please log in to your account online and set up your preferences in Alerts settings.

To set up Push Notifications on your smartphone, follow these simple steps:

You can choose from an ever-growing list of notifications and configure your new push notifications by account, meaning that you can choose to receive Low Balance alerts on your Checking accounts, but not your Savings accounts. In some cases you can customize your alerts to receive only the information you want. For example, you can choose to receive a Low Balance notification and specify the balance amount threshold that triggers the notification. Configuring each new alert is a simple, intuitive process involving just a few steps.
